Cool place where you can get liquid nitrogen ice cream. The ice cream definitely has a very creamy texture to it.... mmmmm.
The line was relatively long but it kept moving. Each order is made (to order) so it takes a bit longer than most ice cream places.
They ran out of one of the ingredients for one of the ice cream combinations that we ordered. Unfortunately, they did not let us know until after our ice cream was finished. We might have chosen a different combination had we known ahead of time.
They seem to enjoy making the ice cream, its pretty cool watching all of the employees and machines at work, which is different from the norm. -

"IT'S NOT THE SAME! There is new ownership, it's totally disorganized and gross, they are out of everything, and the menu shrank!"
This is what someone said to us while we were walking in. They were totally right
For real though. Behind the counter was unacceptably dirty and not a single person's shirt was clean. There were also mostly teenagers working and they were all running around super disorganized (one of them did mention that they handled a huge line before we were in, but this seemed a little outrageous).
Time for the management to have some reflection and figure out how to get a better work flow down and how to not run out of key items on the menu. And maybe also consider making everyone wear black shirts if you can't get them to stay clean. -

Amazing ice cream, but VERY frustrating when there are 11 people in line. Behind me. When I observe what appears to look like a manager (brown shirt not dreadlocks) looks extremely annoyed at all the customers...the nerve of those pesky customers right! Anyways he tells the white shirt guy who is about to take my order (finally) that he needs to go make the schedule. So now I'm standing in the front of this growing line, while the cashier is "making bases" so the boss can go "make the schedule" while the line continues to grow. Meanwhile existing customers who have already paid are getting irritated waiting forever for their order.
UPDATE....half the line has left. Keep running your business this way and there will be no need to deal with those annoying customers, or make the schedule. -

This is my second time here. The first time I got Green Apple ice cream which was really good. This time, I got the Ruby Cacao ice cream. It wasn't as sweet as I expected but I think it would taste well paired with dark chocolate.
The cashier was really nice and told us about their electronic stamp card where you get a deal after 10 stamps. She even gave us 4 stamps! -

5 stars for the ice cream... I LOVE the cashew base!!! If you're non-dairy, I highly recommend. It's so creamy and adds great flavor. I usually do the Madagascar Vanilla Bean or Cookie Butter (also non-dairy flavors). Lots of topping options which really makes for a custom, artisan, yummy creation.
The downside? It literally takes soooooo long to get your ice cream! It's nice to know it's being made right there, but you honestly have to plan at least 40-60 minutes for the experience between the line, ordering, and waiting. I think it's also because they are listed on Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. which may be convenient but also holds up the people actually in the store.
I'll keep coming back here and there because the ice cream is SO GOOD and so many options! Just hoping there will be a way to speed up the process in future!
